You are eligible for a full refund of your annual membership pass within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, the membership pass is non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact our support team via live chat or ticket.

Purchases for individual plugins and addons are final and non-refundable under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made more than 24 hours after the purchase.
• The plugin license has already been activated on your domain by our team.

Once a plugin is activated, the sale is considered final as it utilizes a license slot from our agency plan. Please ensure the plugin meets your needs before requesting activation.
